Shipping Policy

Free Shipping for orders over $75

Order processing for our in-stock items takes up to 5 business days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping, and expedited delivery is not available.

 

Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost is calculated before you complete your order.

We ship to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. 

 

APO and FPO

Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with USPS and charged an additional $5 shipping charge. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner, there is no tracking available. 

Return & Exchange Policy

When you are happy, we are happy. I Cancel That stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we genuinely hope you enjoy your purchase.

 

SALE ITEMS - All sales are FINAL—NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

 

Please contact us at return@ICancelThat.com within five days (5) from receipt of merchandise, and we will be happy to arrange for an exchange. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase and what you would like to return or exchange. We will email you with return instructions.

Any return items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

We will gladly exchange your product due to damage or defect Only. 

 

Our Responsibility

· Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.

· Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color, or size.

 

Your Responsibility Oops!

Somewhere along the way, you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the

case, it will be up to you to sort things out, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your item.

 

For example:

You incorrectly Provided an Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by a customer at the time of purchase. 

 

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that we missed the mark on.
